  Reservation Policy 

Reservation Policies:
Your information is being submitted on a secure line, we do not provide information to any 3rd party.
Rates are quoted and billed in US Dollars which are accordingly highlighted at all times.

Please note in the event that your credit card charges you in a currency other than US DOLLARS the amount which will be posted on your monthly billing statement in your currency can differ up to three percent due to fluctuating international currency exchange rates. We cannot be held responsible for fluctuating exchange rates and by accepting these policies you acknowledge that you have been advised of the exchange rate fluctuations and agree to our processing the transaction in US dollars.


The corresponding reservation amount will immediately be charged to your credit card once submitted and reservation status shows confirmed. Please note that your billing statement will read “Cancun Travel Online”. All reservations are subject to availability at the time of reservation processing. Availability cannot be guaranteed until full payment is received. For some reservations (accordingly highlighted before entering your contact and credit card details) we have to verify availability directly with the supplier’s reservation department before confirming to you. We ask for a maximum of 48 hours of such availability check and confirmation.


The rates displayed are valid only for the date of your quote. If reserved, these rates will apply for your charge, if not they may vary without prior notice. A reservation is considered complete once you have a confirmation number and the according charge has been applied. By reserving you confirm having accepted our reservation and cancellation policies. Your verbal and/or written authorization to use your credit card number for payment indicates your compliance with our reservation and billing policies, whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft. To avoid any inconveniences you must print your reservation voucher and present it at the moment of using the reserved service. If you want to change or cancel your reservation you may enter the reservations area of the website by clicking the ling “RESERVATION TOOLS” and you can login using your username and password to make changes to your reservation.  Differences in Price will not affect you except in cases of season changes for hotels.  If you prefer you can call our reservation centers US or Mexico Toll Free Numbers (Located on your confirmation) and we will make the changes for you, please have your reservation and/or confirmation number handy when you call.

Cancellation requests have to be received in writing. Any change is subject to availability and re-quoting of rates; cancellations are subject to our cancellation policies.
As part of our Reservation Guarantee if an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will bill you the rate that is published on our website.

In the case of some of our Hotel Reservations we use a 3rd person service to bring you the lowest possible Hotel Rates available however, we cannot be held responsible for their errors or policies regarding reservation changes or errors in rates.  We do guarantee together with our Providers that the information published at the time of reservation and payment by the client is the maximum rate to be applied and charged and that your reservation is guaranteed at that rate.


We make arrangements with suppliers who provide travel services such as but not limited to hotels, sightseeing or other activities included in your tour. Although we try our best to choose the most reputable suppliers, we cannot be held responsible for their acts and omissions. The travel services are subject to the conditions imposed by these suppliers, and their liability may, in turn, be limited by their tariffs and conditions of service. We act only in the capacity of agent for the client or for the supplier of the goods and services rendered and as such, mains no control over the personnel, equipment, operations or goods of the supplier.


We will not assume responsibility for any claims, costs or expenses arising out of personal or third party injury, accidents or death, loss or damage of personal property, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whenever physical or mental, resulting from any of the following: (a) The act or omission of any party other than Cancun Travel Online, Mexico Travel Net, Creative Marketing Solutions S.A. de C.V  or its employees; (b) Sickness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakdown, quarantine, government actions, weather, or any other cause beyond Cancun Travel Online, Mexico Travel Net, Creative Marketing Solutions S.A. de C.V  direct control; (c) Your failure to obtain the documentation required for your trip such as, but not limited to, passports, visas and certificates, in which case you will also not be entitled to any refund; (d) Your failure to follow instructions including but not limited to airport departure times, check-in and check-out dates and times, voucher redemption policies; (e) Cancellation or change for any reason in the travel services offered. We reserve the right to cancel or change the travel services at our discretion, but will try to substitute comparable services. If we must completely cancel your reservation, Cancun Travel Online, Mexico Travel Net, Creative Marketing Solutions S.A. de C.V ’s liability will be limited to a refund of all monies paid to Cancun Travel Online, Mexico Travel Net, Creative Marketing Solutions S.A. de C.V ; (f) A full refund, however, will not be honored in situations where travel must be cancelled, interrupted and/or postponed by Cancun Travel Online, Mexico Travel Net, Creative Marketing Solutions S.A. de C.V  for reasons which are beyond its control (force majeure situations, such as but not limited to weather, hurricane, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, etc.) and where Cancun Travel Online, Mexico Travel Net, Creative Marketing Solutions S.A. de C.V ’s contractual obligations with its suppliers does not allow it to obtain reimbursement of the sum paid, or to be paid, to the supplier on behalf of the customer. In any case, a 10% administrational fee of the total amount of the reservation can be retained at the discretion of us.


We herewith states that (a) Photographs shown are representational only and do not guarantee that everything will be exactly as depicted upon arrival; (b) Hotel and service star ratings are based on the Hotels interpretation and may differ from ratings reported elsewhere; (c) travel service descriptions are updated at the best Us. knowledge but do not guarantee that everything will be exactly as described upon arrival; (d) We reserves the right to decline any client at any time; (e) Written notice or any claim against Us must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after your return from your trip.

Cancellation Policies:
Hotel Reservations:
At the moment of reserving, the applicable hotel’s specific cancellation policy will be displayed. Following our “general” hotel reservations policies, applicable to most of the hotels:
• Reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation
• Reservations cancelled 14 to 3 days prior to arrival date are subject to a 2 night charge.
• Reservations cancelled 2 to 0 days prior to arrival date, "No shows" and early departures are 100% non-refundable.

Tours:
We strive to provide services only from providers who offer the highest level of service and equipment and whom we have used personally and evaluated on an ongoing basis. Following our “general” tour and transportation reservations policies, applicable to most of the tours and transportations:

• Reservations Changes will be honored based on availability up to 24 hours prior to scheduled tour time.  Keep in mind that if the time or date that you have in mind is not available and you are within the time limits below mentioned for cancellations you will be charged a service fee or in the case that the change is 23 hours or less to the time of the tour No Refund will apply.

• Reservations cancelled 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled service are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.

• Reservations cancelled 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled service are subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount of the reservation.
• Reservations cancelled 23 hours to 0 days prior to the scheduled service or "No shows" are 100 % non-refundable.

Transportation:

All Transportation Services are charged per vehicle not per person and rates are based on the vehicle needed to serve the needs of the client.  

All Transportation Services are “Pre-Paid” and no reservation is guaranteed until the client completes the payment part of the reservation process.

Cancellations of Transportation Services are subject to a 20% service charge no exceptions.

No Shows are not refundable!

If your flight is behind schedule or delayed don’t worry, our Airport Traffic Manager monitors all of our incoming and outgoing flights from the airport floor and is in contact with our drivers and the office in the event there are early arrivals or flight delays.

If you have not departed your home airport and your flight gets cancelled for some reason please call our toll free number and advise us what your estimated or exact new flight details are.  Remember in the case of flight cancellations the airline does not advise arrival airports of passenger itinerary changes so we need to know when you are arriving.  Failing to do so would result in pick up delays at the airport and we don’t want you to waste time at the airport when you can be relaxing with a Piña Colada.
