Cancellation Policies:

Hotel Reservations:

At the moment of reserving, the applicable hotel’s specific cancellation policy will be displayed. Following our “general” hotel reservations policies, applicable to most of the hotels:

- Reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.

- Reservations cancelled 14 to 3 days prior to arrival date are subject to a 2 night charge.
Reservations cancelled 2 to 0 days prior to arrival date, "No shows" and early departures are 100% non-refundable.
Christmas, New Years and Easter:

- Different cancellation policies for reservations made for Christmas, New Year and Easter may apply. Please request further information.

Tours & Transportation:

Following our “general” tour and transportation reservations policies, applicable to most of the tours and transportations:

- Reservations cancelled 3 days or more prior to the scheduled service are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.

- Reservations cancelled 2 to 0 days prior to the scheduled service or "No shows" are 100 % non-refundable.

Payment Policy

**All Reservations are pending until paid in full. Because we act as the agent for Hotels, Tour Operators, and Ground Handlers all reservations on this website must be paid in full to have the space reserved.

When you make your reservation online you receive a "Temporary Confirmation Number" and you have created a username and password for our system will first receive the temporary confirmation number. Once we have received and reviewed your reservation request we will update the system to confirmed status.

Once our agents have updated the status of your reservation request to "Confirmed" you will receive an e-mail with a link to make payment.
Following that link you will come to our payment processor which is "Pay Pal", here you will only have to enter your credit card information since our system automatically passes all of your personal information that you have provided to the pay pal system directly. If you have an existing account with Pay Pal asll you will need to do is enter the e-mail address of the account and you will be done in 2 minutes or less.

In the event that you don't have a pay pal account we urge you to verify that the information such as name, address, and particularly Zip Code are correct for the credit card you are going to use or the transaction will fail. Pay Pal uses a double verification system to guarantee against fraudulent use of credit cards.

Once the payment is made our system will send you a final confirmation with all of the hotels, tours, and transporation that you reserved. It is important that you print at least 2 copies of the confirmation and bring it with you. The good news is that if you lost your confirmation paper you can always login to the system and reprint your confirmation up to the last day of your stay.
